What is a pancake?
A pancake can be made of many things. It can be served at any time. To be a true pancake we have 4 criteria.
1. A pancake must be starch-based and edible
2. It must be poured as a batter.
3. It must be cooked a hot flat surface.
4. Until cooked solid.
The worlds largest pancake was over 15m in diameter.
Bigger than 4 cars. It was so big that it was put into place using two cranes.
